UAS Coordinator (scheduling)

POSITION SUMMARY :

The UAS (Uniform Assessment System) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the assessment process for clients enrolled in the Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, data management, compliance monitoring, and communication with clients, staff, and healthcare providers.

RESPONSIBLITIES :

• Scheduling and Coordination : Organizing and scheduling assessments for clients or patients, ensuring timely completion.
• Data Management : Collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate assessment data in the system.
• Compliance Monitoring : Ensuring that assessments meet MLTC and organizational standards.
• Communication : Acting as a liaison between clients, MLTC and nurses to facilitate the assessment process.
• Training and support : Providing guidance and support to staff on the use of UAS system and related processes.
• Reporting : Generating reports and summaries based on assessment data for administrators.
• Payroll : Prepare and submit payroll for nurses / MLTC.
