Ermak Foundry is seeking a highly skilled, technically minded Maintenance Technician who values ingenuity, flexibility, and a willingness to repair and rebuild. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual who enjoys working with equipment that needs TLC in a dynamic environment. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about continuous improvement, you’ll be a great fit. This job is physically demanding and not for someone who fears heat or hard work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Keeping machinery running, with little or no documentation
  • Execute against a preventative maintenance schedule
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
  • Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and safe workflow.

  • Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.

  • Familiarity with computer systems and software is required.
  • No experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
