Territory Manager (Field Marketing) – TX

About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven Territory Manager to join a fast-growing digital healthcare organization revolutionizing sleep care. This is a high-impact field role where you'll work daily to build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics—driving referrals to a cutting-edge virtual sleep clinic. You'll educate providers, host engaging lunch & learns, and raise awareness of transformative telehealth services for conditions like sleep apnea.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on in-person engagement, enjoys being on the move, and wants to contribute meaningfully to expanding healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote digital sleep health services through in-person outreach and events
  • Educate medical practices about innovative telehealth diagnostics and treatments
  • Organize lunch & learns and awareness-building sessions
  • Track referral activities and share insights with internal teams
  • Help shape territory strategy through direct market feedback

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in healthcare sales, provider relations, or partnership development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and physician outreach
  • Experience using CRM tools and reporting dashboards
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and healthcare access
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of primary care providers
  • Understanding of sleep health, particularly sleep apnea
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in fast-paced, tech-enabled healthcare environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in partnerships or sales
