Job Description
Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) is a leading designer and manufacturer of lightweight composite aerospace structures, subassemblies, and components. With over 50 years of experience, AEC provides advanced composite solutions for defense and commercial industries, including platforms like Boeing's 7-series, Airbus A380, Sikorsky S-76, F-35 Lightning II, CH-53K, and JASSM.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality, economical composite solutions, supported by significant infrastructure and automation investments.
The Opportunity :
AEC seeks a Contracts Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah, responsible for order management under large commercial and U.S. Government contracts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate proposal efforts for small RFPs / RFQs.
- Review and accept purchase orders per company policy.
- Manage internal sales orders and customer master data.
- Assist with demand and forecast management.
- Oversee external customer portal administration.
- Track Accounts Receivable and contractual records.
- Process export paperwork such as commercial invoices and Bills of Lading.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding proposals, orders, and accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet commitments.
Shift : Day (Monday - Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm)
