Strong sales background (retail, outside sales, home improvement, or similar). A results-driven mindset—you love setting goals and surpassing them. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Comfortable using software programs and staying on top of details. Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
