Responsibilities Work in an invasive cardiology unit with 4 Cardiac Cath Labs and 2 EP labs Care for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures 23 prep and recovery bays with over 6,000 procedures performed annually Day shifts with 10-hour shifts between 6AM–7PM; schedule flexibility to stay until last patient is cared for Weekend shifts required as needed Floating may be required No holiday coverage required No call requirement Epic charting system experience required Care may involve advanced cardiovascular procedures including VAD / ECMO, TAVR, ablations, pacemaker / ICD procedures, and more Must be able to care for COVID patients if needed Work environment is tobacco and fragrance free Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed per contract Local candidates within 50 miles are considered at a different rate Pre-employment clinical screening and manager interview are part of the hiring process Pre-start training modules typically require 5–6 hours to complete Requirements Active PA or compact RN license with no license hits Minimum 2 years of recent EP Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or ARC EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab competency required Experience with Epic EMR charting required Ability to complete required pre-start training modules Must be able to provide two supervisory professional references from the past two years Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-609714.
