Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations. Experience with Airtable and / or Smartsheet. Solid background in financial management (budgeting, forecasting, planning). Proven experience in SOP documentation and process efficiency. Experience with vendors in a corporate business operations context is ideal.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Portfolio & Operations Manager to support a 6-month project. This role will focus on streamlining operational processes, driving efficiencies, managing contracts and payments, and creating impactful visualizations to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills, along with a proven ability to navigate a matrixed corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Lead onboarding to tools and processes during the first ~90 days, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Analyze and enhance workflows across the team and broader organization.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Apply a change management approach to support transitions to new processes.
