$21.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr

About the Role

McCollister's Fitness Solutions is seeking hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing team as Fitness Equipment Repair Technicians. No prior fitness equipment experience is necessary—if you have a background in automotive repair, appliance servicing (washer / dryer), electrical motors, or general mechanical work, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. This role also includes pre-building new fitness equipment in preparation for delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various types of fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, strength machines, etc.)
• Pre-build and assemble equipment according to specifications before delivery
• Use manuals, schematics, and technical documents to guide repairs and assembly
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace parts (belts, motors, wiring, etc.)
• Maintain service records and communicate job status to coordinators or clients
• Keep a clean, organized workspace (warehouse and / or client site)
• Travel to customer sites for on-location diagnostics and repairs, as needed
