job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProcess and maintain documentation related to MSO participation and health plan enrollment Input and update client data in the customer relationship management software Monitor practice and physician applications, ensuring timely communication regarding outstanding applications Collaborate with practice coaches to obtain accurate data for enrollment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Work with the membership team to optimize processes and attend meetings as required High School Diploma required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent time management, project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with customers Must be a team player and operate in a collaborative working environment Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years in a healthcare-related administrative assistant or coordinator position preferred Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process preferred
