Call Coverage : Manage a 10-day / month call schedule, with locum support provided as we expand our team. Flexible Employment Options : Choose between a hospital-employed position or joining an independent practice. Extensive Service Area : Cover a vast region with a population of 350,000, including southern Alabama, western Georgia, and northern Florida. Efficient OR Time : Enjoy readily available OR time with 7 : 15 am start times, custom flip rooms, and a focus on surgeon efficiency. Benefit from two new cystoscopy rooms and a lithotripsy room. Advanced Technology : Utilize three Da Vinci XI robots, with skilled robotics proctors available for training. Perfect for candidates with or without robotic experience.
