Quality Assurance Associate

A company is looking for an Associate Professional Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound interactions for compliance with standards

Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment with stakeholders through engagement sessions

Make data-driven recommendations for process and policy enhancements

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of quality assurance or subject matter expertise experience

Knowledge of Medicaid Provider Enrollment and experience with operations staff

Demonstrated capability to embrace and implement change

Strong organizational and time management skills
