Commercial Cleaner Team Leader

Hourly pay : $15.00

Schedule : Monday thru Friday; 4pm to 9 : 30pm

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Team Lead to perform day to day cleaning tasks in an OR Setting. Overall duties will include removing debris, maintaining common areas, cleaning and sanitizing Operating Rooms, restocking bathrooms, and responding to all cleaning emergencies.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. You will work with management to create an effective cleaning schedule, which will include your day to day routines and work timetable, including :

• OR Cleaning
• Emptying Trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning

The responsibilities of the Team Leader is to ensure that the company meets all cleanliness standards and requirements. The Team Leader maintains communication with housekeeping personnel and other staff members to make sure all work is followed through with on a day to day basis.
