job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIn-depth knowledge of architectural design, engineering coordination, design trends, products, construction methodologies, building systems, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier suitability. Strong understanding of construction procedures, project schedules, and timelines. Expertise in researching and applying building codes into technical documents. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive documents that define the requirements and scope for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure inclusion of all relevant project information in specifications.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, and applicable laws, regulations, and codes.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews and checks on project documents.
