Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure quality service and address any needs or concerns
- Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Skills and Qualifications :
