Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project costs and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and required resources.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for projects.
• Maintain and update databases of costs and pricing to ensure estimates are current and accurate.
• Provide support during the project execution phase to address any cost-related issues.
