Administrator IT Services 3 – Migration

A client of Innova Solutions is hiring for an IT Migration Administrator .

Position type : Full time - Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : San Antonio, TX

As an IT Migration Administrator , you will :

• Be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software and programs for managing Information Technology assets.
• Identify and manage processes for tracking, updating, quality assurance, and reporting from IT asset records and databases.
• Be responsible for configuring and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure, enterprise application installation, configuration, design, and troubleshooting.
• Consult with support teams, help desks, customers, and other technical staff in the resolution of problems, coordinate and operate maintenance activities for workstations, identify recurring issues, and recommend steps to reduce the severity or frequency of problems.
• Demonstrate technical expertise through maintaining primary technical programming skills for the assigned job, developing new skills as required, developing guidelines and standards, and establishing best practices.
• Manage and maintain area systems that include inventory, licensing, patching, deployment, and reporting.
• Create plans for the transition of development and production environments to new technologies, utilizes system software to monitor the performance of system files, manages system data to maintain performance efficiencies, and studies system requirements to determine proper installation methods and procedures.
