Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

Key Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their residence as prescribed by the physician

Assist in identifying patients' physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs through observations and documentation

Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and document outcomes of interventions

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing

Current LPN / LVN license in the practicing state

Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance

Current CPR certification

Proof of Hepatitis consent / declination and TB vaccination record
