Data Services Manager
The Sisters of Charity Health System (SCHS) is recruiting for a full-time Data Services Manager. This position reports to the Executive Director of Development Operations & Communications and serves as the Development Services team lead and is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SCHS Fund Development Department data assets and processes. This position supervises one direct report.
The position requires the demonstrated ability to manage fundraising data solutions, implement, troubleshoot and improve processes, maintain rigorous quality standards and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities
- Serve as default administrator of SCHS fundraising data solutions (including the Raiser's Edge database) and primary data solution vendor liaison
- Supervise the Development Services Coordinator and ensure that data entry, gift acknowledgment, and pledge maintenance are performed with accuracy, efficiency and timeliness.
- Manage SCHS merchant services accounts and ensure PCI compliance.
- Manage user credentialing and training for all fundraising data solutions and provide ongoing user support.
- Implement and maintain data quality control procedures.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports and custom reports to facilitate results review / analysis and fundraising activities
- Provide customized reports, queries and lists for individual team members as needed
- Manage code tables and ensure alignment with fundraising activities
- Perform routine database maintenance such as duplicate resolution and coding convention enforcement
- Manage deployment of email and online donation solutions
- Generate high-quality mailing and email lists on deadline for fundraising campaigns
- Manage Development Services liaisons with Finance to ensure regular and smooth reconciliation of contributions and tracking of pledges receivable.
- Collaborate and coordinate with IT department as needed to maintain data solution access
- Identify opportunities for process improvement such as increased utilization of automation and participate in Development Services discussions of strategy, process and support for fundraising activities
- Coordinate with the EDODC to facilitate Development Services support of fundraising events
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 2 years experience using the Raiser's Edge or comparable fundraising database in a development services role. Experience with global updates and import preferred.Experience with online fundraising platforms preferred (GiveGab, MightyCause, CivicCore, OneCause, etc.)Experience with creating and customizing queries and reports required. Familiarity with third party reporting applications preferred (Crystal Reports, Tableau, etc.)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with key fundraising success metricsSelf-motivated team player with a customer service mindset, can-do attitude, attention to detail and a commitment to the mission and values of the Sisters of Charity of St. AugustineExpertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Access preferred.Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple prioritiesProblem solving abilities paired with track record of successful project / process managementAbility to train and answer questions from non-technical usersSalary : $65,000 - $70,000
