Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with proven clinical skills and well-experienced in Primary and Urgent Care, ready and willing to work in Private Practice, which is a primary and Urgent care facility with sub-specialty support, labs, and Radiology Department, and long-standing credentials operating since 1984 with over 200 providers and still growing. Middletown Medical has six urgent cares.

Salary Range :

• $60.00 - $65.00 per hour, with benefits and a productivity bonus, which gives high earning potential. It provides a win-win situation for preparing providers as high-performing individuals with high earning potential.

Qualifications :

Licensed Nurse Practitioner to practice in the State of NY (Required).

Physician Assistant License eligible to practice in NY (Required).

At least one year of experience in the specialty (Preferred).

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality care to patients.

Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and efficient documentation.

Communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Ability to work in a high-volume work environment.
