Key Responsibilities – Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Execute day-to-day purchasing transactions including creation, processing, and accuracy verification of purchase orders
  • Source suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain adequate stock for ongoing projects
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize costs and service
  • Track order status, address shipment discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with vendors and internal teams
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, records management, and compliance documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with project, installation, and sales teams to support business needs and meet client deadlines
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
  • What Makes You a Strong Purchasing Coordinator Candidate?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination is preferred
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order systems, and vendor management best practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to high ethical standards
  • Education & Experience Requirements – Procurement Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative role strongly desired
