Opportunity :
- Medical Director to lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
- Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Neonatologists
- 24 / 7 on-call coverage round and go model with call from home
- Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circumcisions
- Pediatric Consultations : Provide expert Pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with a team of Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) : The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.
- Knowledge Exchange : Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.
