Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Space Planning and Design professional located in Orange County, CA. The individual will be responsible for planning and creating optimized space designs, analyzing spatial requirements, preparing design proposals, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. Daily tasks also include evaluating project costs, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Planning proficiency
• Strong Communication skills for client and team interactions
• Experience in Finance for project cost assessment and budgeting
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in CET design software, AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in commercial space planning and design
