Job Description

We’re a family-owned heavy civil construction company specializing in concrete work, underground utilities, and roadway / dirt work. We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking, and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team.

Job Title : Foreman

Location : Mesa, AZ

Pay : $30 - $45 / hourly

  • Depending on years of experience & job stability demonstrated on resume

Essential Duties :

  • Plan pipe installation sequencing with the project superintendent and management
  • Supervise daily activities of staff and subcontractors
  • Operate heavy equipment for excavating, installing, and backfilling pipes and culverts
  • Use instruments like lasers and levels to set pipe installation grades
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • 3 + years of Foreman experience
  • REQUIRED
  • Wet utilities experience
  • REQUIRED
  • OSHA 30
  • REQUIRED
  • Valid driver’s license, Insurable motor vehicle record - clean driving record
  • REQUIRED
  • CPR / First Aid, Confined Space, and Maricopa County Rule 310 Basic Certification
  • CDL preferred
  • Skilled in operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, backhoes)
  • Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety near highways
