Job Description

Slagle Fence is looking to expand our team by hiring 1 or 2 fence stainers. The Fence Stainer position is responsible for executing fence staining projects, managing materials, and maintaining equipment. This position can be hired on a part-time basis or on a full-time basis. If the position is full-time, the Fence Stainer will be expected to assist in fence installations and repairs as well. If full-time, this is W2 position with company paid health care benefits. See below :

Job Duties :

  • Execute fence staining projects
  • Organizing, loading, and maintaining fence staining material
  • Maintaining staining equipment and storing apporopriately
  • Provide top notch customer service
  • Assist with fence installations and shop duties as necessary

Desired Experience / Skill / Licenses :

  • 1+ Years of Staining or Painting Experience
  • Driver's License Preferred
  • Experience Driving with Trailer Preferred
