Focus Staff is seeking a travel Histology Technologist for a travel job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Histology Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 25 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, evenings Employment Type : Travel M-F 1p-9p 24 wk assignment in the Gross Room. Extensive exp in gross small biopsies & simple routine specimens under supervision. Exp in embedding & microtomy of all surgical specimen. Associates in Science & completion of approved Histology accredited program (required). Or Bachelors or equivalent exp (required). NYS Clinical Laboratory Tech License or Cert Histology Tech or Clinical Lab Tech from NYS DOE (required). 2-3 yrs exp in histology for biopsy specimen & derm.
