Worldwide Foam is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for basic technical support across multiple sites, providing timely, professional, and effective assistance to all users. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintain system reliability, and help ensure a seamless digital experience throughout the organization.
The Service Desk Analyst will respond to and assign IT ticket requests through Autotask, resolve Level 1 issues, and escalate more complex problems when needed. You'll handle computer setup, maintenance, and repair for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment while supporting both onsite and remote users. This position also involves maintaining technical documentation, updating the knowledge base, and promoting cybersecurity awareness and compliance with company standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environments, preferably within multi-location or corporate settings. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel. Experience with ticket management systems and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach are key to success. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundations, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are preferred but not required.
