About the Position
Dexis is recruiting for an experienced Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Strategic Planner to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). The position focuses on conducting analysis of full-spectrum operations while incorporating Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) analysis into operational and strategic plans. This role requires
expertise
in computer modeling resources and coordination with USTRANSCOM for mission feasibility analysis.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
The JOPES Strategic Planner will conduct research and analysis of full-spectrum operations in joint, multinational, and interagency contexts. This role involves producing detailed graphics and written analysis that accurately reflect the evolving operational and strategic picture within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. The planner will analyze DoD, interagency, and multinational operations to ensure synchronization with USCENTCOM objectives.
Key duties include :
Provide expertise in JOPES and TPFDD analysis for operational planning
Develop detailed graphics and written analysis for USCENTCOM leadership
Coordinate with USTRANSCOM on mission feasibility assessments
Conduct functional analysis of operational plans through Level 4 detail
Utilize automation and computer modeling resources for analysis
Ensure synchronization of operations across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of military experience
Minimum 5 years of experience utilizing JOPES
Minimum 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters
Expertise in TPFDD analysis and development
Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
Experience with military planning systems and computer modeling
Active DOD Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at USCENTCOM
Advanced degree in relevant field
Experience in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility
