• Lead with purpose : Oversee day-to-day operations of your assigned property, including managing on-site teams.
• Drive performance : Ensure timely rent collections, reduce vacancies, and maintain excellent curb appeal.
• Support residents : Communicate effectively regarding payment plans, services, and support options.
• Leverage tech : Use internal maintenance and compliance systems to streamline operations.
• Promote community : Market units, give property tours, and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Enforce fairly : Handle lease violations, move-outs, and eviction processes with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay sharp : Monitor local competitors and maintain strong property reputation.
