Field Engineer Coordinator - Commercial

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Field Coordinator to work in the Commercial Division in the North Port, FL area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of the equipment or materials necessary for field work, ordering as needed, and inspecting orders for complexness.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in daily record keeping.
• Ensure equipment is stored in accordance with Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintain oil and grease in stored equipment.
• Manage inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
• Maintain storage area and inventory log.
• Coordinate and schedule the movement of inventory throughout the job site, including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Schedule equipment service or repairs.
• Coordinate temporary electric to motor heaters.
• Coordinate hardware testing and quality assurance staff.
• Update production boards.
