This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties for the Mortgage Loan Servicing Department including processing loan payments, maintaining related data, and preparing and review various reports. To provide high quality customer service, cross-sell Bank services, and perform other various duties as described below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with loan payments and field customer questions
- Complete daily review of loan reports and file maintenance
- Prepare various internal and external loan reports
- Process loan payments
- Handle payoff requests on consumer and real estate loans
- Complete HMDA auditing and reporting
- Fund and balance secondary loan market sales
- Board new consumer and real estate loans onto servicing platform
- Commit and audit imaging of consumer and real estate loan documents
Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent required with at least two years of additional education / training in secretarial or business courses.Knowledge and Experience
