Weekly Hours : 36.00

Salary Range : $36.50 - $48.00

Pay Info : $10,000 sign-on bonus!

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.

You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the ethical standards set by the American Nurses Association.
