Position Details
- Answer telephone
- Respond to general inquiries
- Sort and enter incoming accounts payable invoices
- Review and process accounts payable invoices
- Ensure accurate coding of invoice to appropriate job, equipment or general ledger code
- Reconcile and post corporate credit card statements
- Research and respond to vendor inquiries
- Ensure proper and organized filing of invoices
