TX state license & DEA; active, unrestricted

Board certified OB / GYN

Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months and 25 GYN cases in past 12 months

COMPENSATION :

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
