Responsibilities

As a Permanent Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Managing large volumes of complex data and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Coordinating and managing timelines for various stages of litigation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials, providing updates and information as needed.
• Participating in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
