Program Specialist For Global Neuro-Oncology Team
S. Jude Global is looking for our next teammate! We need a Program Specialist for our Global Neuro-Oncology team. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating projects and deadlines, engaging in communications and detailed tasks, and providing oversight of projects, budgets, processes, and the policies and procedures essential to the success of global and departmental programs.
This position requires a bachelor degree (bachelor's degree in public health, administration, or related field preferred) and at least one year of experience in program coordination. Global exposure and sensitivity is a huge plus. We'd like candidates with some experience / knowledge in working with project planning tools like MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office. Experience using technology is preferred, especially with Zoom, Teams, audio / visual.

The Program Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Global Neuro-Oncology team in the coordination and execution of program initiatives. This role will support day-to-day program operations, including logistical and administrative support. The Program Specialist will contribute to the planning and delivery of education, capacity building, and research initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international collaborators. Experience in global health and in supporting multi-partner, cross-cultural programs is strongly preferred.

Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree required (Bachelor's degree in public health, administration, or related field preferred)
Minimum Experience : Minimum of 1+ year(s) experience in program coordination. Some experience / knowledge in working with project planning tools like MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office is a plus. Proficient in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Compensation : In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,320 - $105,040 per year for the role of Program Specialist, Global Neuro-Oncology Program.
