• Description : Summary : St. Anthony North's Gastroenterology team is looking for locums support. They need help with GI call coverage for acute / inpatient needs at a level 3 trauma center. Candidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered. BID DUE DATE : Aug 5th at 5p EST!Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 275 - half the hourly / callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 550 - Per hour not OT Holiday 825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Nightly Call 585 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - 877.50 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hoursgratis On Call Daily 4100 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 6150 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 550 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation : What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM / YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo into documents. Can you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working.
