About the Role
As a Project Manager for Haven Well Within, you will be responsible for driving / managing complexed, omni-channel processes and workflow to ensure marketing / creative team is able to operate efficiently, effectively, and produce best-in-class work. You will do this through creating detailed project plans, resource management, team collaboration, and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will bring together cross-functional teams to collaborate on key milestones throughout each project phase. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong understanding of all marketing channels, be a strategic thinker that can make process improvement recommendations, be detailed-oriented, and be a strong collaborator and communicator.
The Impact You Can Have
- Manage and track creative project from initiation through deployment phases, providing both written and verbal status updates to team throughout each phase.
- Create and maintain project plans including schedules with dependencies, resources, and key milestones
- Set up, prep, and facilitate key project meetings
- Ensure all deliverables meet requirements, meet business objectives, and have been properly vetted for that stage before moving into the next stage of the project
- Ensure all project assets are organized properly and readily available to team during and after project
- Escalate and mitigate any potential project risk with team
- Prepare assets for release
- Collaborate and share knowledge with extended PM team on process and workflow improvements
- Serve as liaison between Creative / Marketing and Cross Functional teams like Visual, Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Web Merchandising, Email Marketing and Marketing as to the status of projects, and to aid in the resolution of conflicts.
You'll Bring To The Role
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in a project management, e-commerce / retail or agency role is preferredPrior experience working on digital, social and print campaignsSolid project management skills and ability to articulate goals and objectivesStrong collaboration, communications and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environmentAbility to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changesStrong working relationships with cross functional teams and external resourcesAbility to motivate others, deal with ambiguity, and effectively collaborate in decision-makingProficient in Workfront, Wrike, MS Project, MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPointBenefits
