Lot Ops Specialist II- (Facility Maintenance) Requires someone who can oversee the administrative day-to-day facility maintenance needs of the auction, including scheduling and monitoring repair work.
This role is essential to the successful operation and administration of our new Facility Maintenance System (FMS). There are over 300 individual PM items to schedule and maintain updated documentation in this system. The Maintenance Admin plays a vital role operation, compliance, and justification related to maintenance planning and execution.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Additionally, this role will work closely with department manager and the FMS administrators through COX, including one-on-one meetings and bi weekly Teams meeting with system administrators.

USD 14.71 - 22.12 per hour
Compensation :
Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.
Benefits :
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
