Critical Care / ICU Nurse Practitioner

Job Description : Pioneer Health Critical Care is seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our dynamic Critical Care Unit team. Position Overview : As an APRN or PA in our Critical Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) with a 7 on 7 off schedule for full-time candidates. Part-time positions are also available. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure continuous coverage and optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of critical care cases and utilizing your expertise to perform various procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level patient care and support in the Critical Care Unit.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, hospital staff and leadership to ensure seamless coverage and comprehensive patient management.
• Perform advanced procedures such as chest tubes, thoracentesis, needle thoracostomy, intubation, extubation, lines and more.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing critical care cases, drawing upon your previous experience in ICU settings.
