Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) framework and Decision Boards to enhance user experience and product usability. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI design projects. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Create visually appealing UI components that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
- Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
