Join Our Team as a 1st Shift Assembly Worker in Brillion

Ready to build your career? We have immediate openings for assembly positions with competitive pay, steady hours, and a supportive team environment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Starting Pay : $17 / hr.
  • Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM (4 days × 10 hours) with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays .

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate machines and tools to assemble outdoor power equipment.
  • Use hand and power tools for various assembly tasks.
  • Follow standard work procedures and meet daily production goals.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and help in other areas when needed.
  • Troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate effectively.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Physical Requirements :
  • Stand for up to 10 hours / day.
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
  • Skills & Attributes :
  • Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Wear required PPE (including steel-toed boots / shoes).
  • Follow all safety and work practice guidelines.
