Collaborates with leadership team, clinical education team, and clinical staff in the planning and implementation of organizational and departmental goals, creating a climate of innovation through role-modeling, consultation, research, and the facilitation of learning. Demonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, cost-efficient educational programs for staff which build on foundational skills, introduce novel approaches, and advance critical thinking. Utilizes American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurse Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine as primary references for Critical Care, Rapid Response and Vascular Access. Tailors learnings to align with PI projects and goals set by unit, hospital, and system.
