2+ years of experience at the Director level with a track record of leadership in product management

Proven ability to drive product innovation, making work easier and more efficient for users

Experience developing data-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of business cases, P&L, and analytics

Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on execution and delivering results

Expert-level knowledge of the RCM industry, specific to the healthcare industry
