Agency Operations Support Intern Summer 2026

What You'll Do :

Gain hands-on experience with the tools and resources used to support FBFS agents and field team members

Support product owners
Maintain and manage team SharePoint Sites

Dive into the Agent Experience analyzing it, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to their success

Create visuals from agent experience surveys

Analyze themes and trends from agent experience surveys

Provide notes taking assistance for various workshopping sessions

Assist in building new journey maps as requested

Assist in managing the existing maps to ensure they reflect the current experience

Research demographics of agents that may be added to Focus Groups or for preparation in upcoming focus groups

Receive structured, hands-on training and develop a deep understanding of the agent experience, while also gaining exposure to sales and field leadership.

Provide support in meeting preparations

Create and manage calendar invites

Support program administration with reporting

What It Takes to Join Our Team :

Be a current college student (Junior or Senior status).

Be dependable, organized, and proactive.

Maintain effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be team focused.

Learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Be able to work part-time from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
