We're looking for an experienced, high-energy HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team and help deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for our heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside engineers and designers performing field investigations, interfacing with clients & vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages. You'll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Base pay range

$102,900.00 / yr - $135,075.00 / yr

Highlights

Your role helps our multi-disciplinary team meet client needs. Highlights of your contributions will include :

• Layout and design of HVAC systems
• Development of conceptual and preliminary design documents, including calculations for sizing and selecting systems, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements
• Development of final construction documents for HVAC systems (e.g., chilled water, cooling water)
• Coordination with other disciplines
