Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a full-stack product engineering team driving Stacks and Start Page

Own execution from product discovery through to GA launch and iteration

Collaborate with PM, Design, and Data Science to shape product direction and success metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years total experience in software engineering, with 7+ years of people management

Proven record of leading full-stack product teams through ambiguity and rapid iteration

Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure

Experience partnering with design and PM to define, build, and ship user-facing products

Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
