What we look for :

Key Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) : in this role, you will be responsible for :

• Perform business analysis : Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market choices
• Lead breakthrough commercial innovation : Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand's proposition and superiority in the marketplace
• Support business health : manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team
• Enable strategic plan execution : Help execute initiatives tied to three-year consumer-led growth plan in conjunction with Brand Manager / Associate Director that helps deliver the BU's NCS, profit, and margin targets.
• Contribute to a positive team culture : support a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)

Skills and Abilities :

Years and Type of Experience Required :

Industry & Skill Experience : Minimum of 3 years work experience in professional environment, with at least one year of CPG brand management or related field preferred

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA or Masters a plus

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
