Overview
As a Retail Technology Manager for Victra, you will lead a team of Sales Consultants, drive quota attainment, ensure operational excellence, and partner with a National Retailer Store GM to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding results. This leadership role requires a high level of acumen within SMB Sales and Support.
Responsibilities
- Driving the profitability and performance of the assigned Kiosk location.
- Balancing time effectively to drive maximum performance.
- Selecting and retaining talent based on business needs.
- Establishing relationships with local leadership and national retail partners.
- Showing, teaching and coaching sales teams.
- Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Daily funnel management including tracking lead progress and sales forecasting.
- Building and delivering impactful sales proposals to prospective business customers.
- Ensuring our business customers are taken care of and fully satisfied with products and service.
- Delivering individual performance to goal while coaching and developing staff.
- Driving new initiatives set by the company and communicating effectively to your teams.
- Ensuring Kiosk employees meet or exceed defined monthly sales and operational metrics.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Engaging in business operations including inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.

We are proud our managers earn an average annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission with the opportunity to earn a monthly Retail Technology Manager bonus.
You Will Need To Have
2 years in a leadership / supervisory roleExperience in solution selling in an R2B or B2B environmentManagement experience in a commissions-based sales environmentProven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goalsBalanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environmentSet goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing teamBasic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledgeWillingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and / or during peak vacation periodsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Requirements

All Retail Technology Managers must attend and complete a 2-week training program. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
