  • Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; wash windows and walls as needed.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other linens; ensure laundry is properly cleaned and put away.
  • Organize and declutter spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, addressing any specific requests or concerns.
  • Complete special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
