Salary : $100,000 - $155,000

The Project Manager provides exceptional service to customers by overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned projects. Effectively communicate with the project stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress against project schedules to achieve the project goals.Sign on Bonus $10,000

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget
• Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements
• Frequent project visits with field staff and other stakeholders to gain an understanding of any progress, needs, or issues. Assist in the planning of future labor / material needs of the project
• Provide job status updates, financial updates on standard forms comparing budget / bid to actuals; provide projections through the end of the following month
• Review AP and AR for respective projects and assure proper coding, allocation, and payment
• Bid projects / assist with bidding projects based on on-site walk-through and limited information from the customer
• Build long term relationships with customers and fellow employees by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions
